COVID-19 Update and Jewelry sales

We are accepting email transfer for jewelry sales and shipping. -All jewelry and insertion tool sales are final. -Gem settings, threading and fit fixtures are always guaranteed by our manufacturers. -We will do our very best to help you select the appropriate size for your piercing, but we cannot guarantee a perfect fit without being able to see you in person, unfortunately. -We will do our very best to help suggest a safe technique to insert your jewelry on your own, however, Red Loon is not responsible for any irritation, infection, swelling, scarring, bleeding, bruising or loss of the piercing that may result in you changing your jewelry on your own. -We will do our very best to show you how your jewelry closes and should be inserted, however, Red Loon is not responsible for any surface, structural or mechanical damage to jewelry or tools. It's always best to have a professional insert your jewelry for you. Jewelry will arrive clean, but not sterilized. We suggest washing the jewelry (plug the sink!) in hot soapy water and rinsed thoroughly before insertion. Shipping is available via Canada Post regular post. Insured shipping is available for additional cost. Local porch delivery in the Edmonton area may be available.

As many know, we have been closed for business in recognition of physical distancing and order from Alberta Health Services due to the global pandemic of COVID-19. The safety of Red Loon clients and staff remains our main concern and while we miss you all SO much, the sooner we all stay home, the sooner we can see each other again. In the meantime, we are still available for consultation and jewelry sales. We know that many of you need downsizes for your piercings, have lost ends down the drain, perhaps you removed your jewelry and are having difficulty re-inserting. We can help! It's not as ideal a service as we could offer in-studio, but we can do our best to help keep your piercings happy and blingin'! Our webstore is being added to daily on Facebook - we will have a gallery on our website as well in the next week or so. To the best of our ability, we can help determine jewelry measurements and sizing and help you select an appropriate piece of implant grade jewelry and even a helpful insertion tool if you need.
